Hours of Operation

  • Business office hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday,
    and 9:00am – 4:00pm on Saturday.

Pet and House Sitting Services

  • Pet Visits

    • When you're away, we can stop by to walk your pet, and/or let your pets out or back into the house as needed. Feed, water, and visit your pets. We can clean litter boxes, bring in mail and packages, water plants, etc.

    • We have experience taking care of dogs, cats, parrots, snakes, alligators, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and both tropical and freshwater fish.

  • Overnight pet/house sitting:

    • We can stay overnight in your home when you're going to be away for several days. Why put your pets in a kennel when they can stay in their own environment and stay on their own schedule? We will feed and water your pet, medicate him/her, and take your pet out throughout the day as needed. We'll also water plants, bring in mail, packages, and papers, roll trash bins in and out, and generally take care of your pets and your house the way you would do if you were home.

    • Before your return, we'll wash any sheets and towels used and clean and put away any dishes we use. Our goal is to return your house to you in the same condition it was in on your departure. We don't think you should have to clean up after your pet sitter after a long trip!

  • House visits:

    • If you don't have pets but would like someone to stop by your home when you're away to change blinds and lights so it looks like someone is home, bring in mail and packages, and water plants, we can take care of that as well!

Services for those aged 65 + Better

  • Assist with basic household needs

  • Assist with mail sorting and/or bill paying

  • Grocery shopping, with home delivery and re-stocking supplies

  • Pick items up from drug store

If you don't see it listed, just ask. We will try to accommodate you whenever possible.

Conditions

  • My Concierge requests that you give as much notice as possible, but understands that sometimes when you need us most is at the last minute. We'll try to accommodate you if we can, but please understand that we might not be available to handle last minute requests if we're already booked.

  • My Concierge reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs, considering the customers interest

  • My Concierge reserves the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and/or unsuitable for its employees

A la Carte Pricing

Most services are charged at $30 per hour, plus any actual costs. Any time over one hour is charged in 15-minute intervals. More than one task may be combined into an hour. There is a minimum 15-minute charge for services. Pet sitting, grocery shopping, and organizing services are charged at different rates. Please see below.

  • Seniors 65+ Better always receive a 10% discount on a la carte pricing

Membership Packages

Basic Package:

$110 per month (Save $11)
Includes up to 4 hours of Services, plus 1 free reminder. Any time over the initial 4 hours will be charged at the a la carte rate. No unused hours may be carried over.

Plus Package:

$220 per month (Save $22)
Includes up to 8 hours of Service, plus up to 2 free reminders. Any time over the initial 8 hours will be charged at the a la carte rate. A limit of 1 hour may be carried over to the next month and must be used within that month.

Premium Package:

$420 per month (Save $34)
Includes up to 15 hours of Service, plus up to 4 free reminders. Any time over the initial 15 hours will be charged at the a la carte rate. A limit of 2 hours may be carried over to the next month and must be used within that month.

65+ Better:

Custom packages may be designed to meet specific needs.

Grocery Shopping Services:

  • Grocery Shopping Rate: $20/hour with a $20 minimum charge.

    • The grocery shopping rate includes one store, and the cost is $20/hour. If it takes us less than 1-hour to complete the shopping trip, the rate would be the $20 minimum charge.

  • Additional Stores: $5 per additional grocery store in addition to the hourly rate

    • For example, some clients like us to buy most of their groceries from a less expensive grocery store, but prefer their produce to come from a specialty organic store. We charge $20 per hour for the entire time spent shopping, and each additional store we visit incurs an additional $5 charge.

Organizing Services:

  • Closets, Pantries, and Other Heated/Cooled Areas:  $17 per hour plus cost of supplies

    • Tired of being unable to find anything in your closets?  Let us organize them!

    • Cost of supplies refers to any bins, shelves, hangers, and/or label tape we need to buy. We can give you an idea of what we might need before we buy anything.

  • Attics, Garages, Basements, and other Non-Heated/Cooled Areas:  $25/hour plus cost of supplies.

    • We can help with organizing your garage, basement, attic, storage shed, etc., but if it is an un-heated/cooled area, the work will be much harder on us, and thus, the rate is a bit higher.

Pet and House Sitting Services:
Pet Visits:

  • Consultation:  Free!

    • We always come to your home to meet you and your pets in person before our first pet sitting visit, get an idea of what your pet’s needs are, pick up a key if one is needed, and to find out where their food, medication, leash, and brush are located.

    • Generally lasts from between 30-minutes to 1-hour.

  • Cat Visits:  $12

    • Cats tend to be more low maintenance than dogs, so if you only have a cat for us to take care of, the rate is a bit lower.

  • 15-Minute Visit: $15

    • When your pet just needs a quick 15-minute visit to let him/her out to go potty or take a quick walk and to get some fresh water, a 15-minute visit might be the answer.

  • 30-Minute Visit: $18

    • If your pet needs a longer walk, or needs a bit more attention, a 30-minute visit might be the best option.  Most pets require 30-minute visits.

  • 45-Minute Visit:  $20

    • When your pet needs a longer walk, needs to be fed, watered, and/or medicated, a 45-minute visit might be in order. Most pets can be taken care of in 45-minutes or less.

  • Additional time:  $25 per hour

    • Some houses have a number of different species of pets, and require us to spend an hour or two getting them all cared for.  If you think you might need us to spend more than 45-minutes at your home, please call for a quote.

Overnight Pet/House Sitting:

  • Consultation:  Free!

    • We always come to your home to meet you and your pet in person before our first pet sitting visit, get an idea of what your pet’s needs are, pick up a key if one is needed, and to find out where their food, medication, leash, and brush are located.

    • Generally lasts from between 30-minutes to 1-hour.

  • Overnight Pet/House Sitting:  $40 base rate per night

    • Rate covers one night from pet’s dinner time, the next morning’s breakfast time, and one stop back by house during the day (around noon) to walk your pet, let him/her out in the yard to go potty, feed lunch, etc.  If we need to arrive on the first day earlier in the day than dinner time, an additional charge may apply.  If we need to leave later than noon on the last day, an additional charge may apply.

    • If your pet requires more than one potty break during the day, an additional charge may apply.  For example, the $40/night rate would cover a potty break at breakfast, one at mid-day around noon, a potty break at dinner, and an end of the day potty break or walk.  If we need to come back to let your pet out more frequently, an additional charge may apply.

    • When you’re going to be gone overnight, we can stay in your home with your pets.  Why board them in a kennel?  Even the best kennel or boarding facility is stressful for your pet.  They’ve been removed from their environment and are surrounded by other pets that they don’t know.  We can stay overnight in your home with your pets, which allows them to stay in their home, on their schedule, and eating their own food.  Before we leave, we’ll wash any linens and dishes we’ve used and clean up after ourselves and your pets. Our goal is to return your house to you in the exact same condition you left it in.  We believe that one shouldn’t have to clean up after the pet sitter after a long trip!

  • My Concierge is Licensed and Insured

Payment:

  • All monthly membership packages will be billed on the first of each month, along with any overages and actual costs from the prior month, and shall be due no later than the fifteenth of the month.

  • A la Carte services will be billed upon completion and are due within 15 days. Payments are to be made in the form of personal checks, cash, or may be paid by credit card via PayPal.
